Conscious Alliance: Community & Connection Foray with Clarissa AranaJoin Clarissa Arana and Skyler Fly Wilson for a community-centered mushroom foray focused on connection, belonging, and shared exploration. This walk welcomes BIPOC attendees, LGBTQ+ participants, allies, first-time festival attendees, and anyone seeking a supportive environment to learn about fungi while building meaningful relationships with fellow festival participants.
Inspired by the interconnected nature of mycelial networks, this foray invites participants to slow down, explore the forest together, share stories, and cultivate community through a shared love of fungi and the natural world. Whether you are new to mycology or have years of experience, all are welcome to join in curiosity, learning, and connection.
Where to Meet
This foray meets at Carhenge Parking Lot at 8:15AM. We encourage you to arrive a little early to meet your foray leader and your fellow foragers. TMF does not provide transportation, so carpooling is encouraged to help groups stay together.
Be Prepared
Please come ready for changing mountain weather with:
- Good footwear
- Water and snacks
- Layers or rain gear
- A basket or paper bag for collecting mushrooms
All foray groups will have a First Aid–certified volunteer present.
